SPECIAL EVENTS AT WILLOWBED
To make your event something special, we have an indoor marquee available for hire. From a twinkling starlight canopy, to make it extra magical, to twin chandeliers and a choice of styling to match your theme, the marquee will transform your wedding reception or that extra special occasion. Whilst having photographs on the Willowbed Field, surrounded by trees and greenery, let the young ones use their energy in our children’s play area.
Set in pleasant green surroundings, ideal for photographs, the Willowbed Hall offers a versatile space together with the use of our large, public play area and free car park (26 spaces).
The hall holds 150 maximum and is suitable for use for parties, weddings, fetes, community events and large meetings. Hall has a wooden floor and measures 14.3m x 11m. Boasts a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.

Rates are applied at time of booking. The hall is available for year-round hire excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Included in our BRONZE PACKAGE is use of:
- Kitchen and a foyer area
- Trestle tables: 14 aluminium (6ft long)
- Trestle tables: 8 wooden (6ft long)
- Round tables: 10 wooden (5ft 6 diameter)
- Chairs: 95 approx (more are available on request if pre-arranged)
- Bar (if required)
- Crockery
- Cutlery
- Cleaning
- Hall access 6-9.00pm the day prior to your event
- Hall hire on the day of your event until midnight
SILVER PACKAGE includes all of the above plus:
- up to 100 chair covers with sashes (DIY)
- up to 15 table cloths (DIY)
GOLD PACKAGE includes all of the above plus:
- unlimited venue styling*
